At around 16 orders a month, holding stock in the UK has paid for its own storage. Below that you're probably not ready for us yet, and we'll tell you so on the call rather than after you've signed.
Figures are a worked example for a £500 item at typical rates, not a quote. Getting your bulk stock into the UK is your cost as Importer of Record and it's the largest number in this decision — we'll go through it properly on the call.

Getting your stock into the UK
The part most brands get stuck on, explained properly.
You import, we receive.
You remain Importer of Record for your own stock. You handle the customs declaration, import VAT and duty on the bulk shipment in. We take over the moment it clears: unloaded, counted, inspected against your packing list, barcoded, and photographed if it's high value. We'll walk you through the inbound process on the call.

Because your stock is already in the UK, every order ships as a domestic parcel. No duty at the door, no held packages, no refused deliveries. This is the whole reason to hold stock here rather than shipping from North America.

Insurance, stated plainly.
Your stock is covered under our commercial policy from the moment it's accepted at our premises. That cover has limits and it does not replace your own — you'll need to show evidence of your own insurance before we take your first shipment. We'll send you the policy summary on request.
Parcel Studio operates as a UK fulfilment provider. Clients act as Importer of Record for all UK inbound customs shipments. Parcel Studio is not a customs broker and does not provide customs clearance or import compliance services.
Once a parcel leaves us, risk passes to the courier on handover and we provide proof of dispatch and tracking. We help you claim if anything goes wrong. We fulfil to UK addresses only.

Send us your stock.
Ship a bulk consignment of up to 200 units to our UK premises. We book it in, count it, barcode it and photograph it. Onboarding is £400, charged once on signing. Your first inbound batch is included in onboarding; the £20 receiving fee starts from your second batch onwards.

Connect your store.
Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon, eBay or WooCommerce syncs to our Mintsoft OMS. Orders arrive with us automatically. You're live within 5 working days of your stock arriving.

We finish and dispatch.
Every order is hand-packed to your spec and dispatched within two business days. Saturday dispatch available where the channel requires it. Nothing waits in a queue behind a machine.

Regulated categories
Cosmetics and haircare are regulated categories. They require UK Responsible Person coordination and sit on our regulated retainer at £295 per month. You remain responsible for safety assessments, labelling and product notification — we coordinate, we do not become your Responsible Person.

Returns come back to our UK address, are inspected, and are restocked if saleable or flagged to you if not — £3.25 per item.

Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon, eBay and WooCommerce all sync to our Mintsoft OMS. Orders reach us automatically, stock levels update as we dispatch, and tracking flows back to your customer without you touching anything. Integration is set up during onboarding and included in the £400 fee.

Pricing
You'll know what it costs before you book the call.
£400 to onboard. £250 a month for storage, holding up to 200 units. £2.50 per unit for pick & pack, prepaid in blocks of 200 — £500. Signature Finish is a separate £2.50 per unit, optional. Pick and pack is £2.50 a unit, the same as any UK 3PL. What you can't get anywhere else is the second line — £2.50 for a parcel finished by hand. You can turn it off. Most of our brands don't. Courier shipping is billed separately. You choose your carrier — we'd suggest Royal Mail for simplicity — and it isn't included in our per-unit fee.

Parcel Studio is new and deliberately small. Every account is handled directly by the founder, and eight is the number we can onboard properly and efficiently this quarter. If you want a fulfilment partner who knows your SKUs by name, that's the trade we're offering.
